Juan Guillen
I design and run the operations and governance of organizations. My focus now is AI governance, especially how to oversee AI agents that do real work.
For about six years I worked in MakerDAO (now Sky), an organization that ran mainly on-chain and had about 250 contributors at its peak. I wrote its original rules for how contributor teams were created, funded and held to account, and later led the operating team of a $2.5B capital-allocation mandate. I founded Denna Labs, which built AI-agent products with human checks, and I am now an advisor there.
