I spent about six years, 2020 to 2026, in MakerDAO (now Sky), which had about 250 contributors at its peak. I wrote the original rules for its contributor teams (MIP39, MIP40 and MIP41), co-founded the Sustainable Ecosystem Scaling Core Unit and its incubator, and later ran operations for Sky’s capital-allocation entities through Amatsu and Elodin.

In 2025 I founded Denna Labs, a data and AI company for on-chain finance. Its knowledge base, Ori, was written by AI agents and checked by a human curator. I am now an advisor at Denna Labs.

Before MakerDAO, I worked in product, operations and risk at Deloitte, Accenture, Kantox, Elinvar and Hotelbeds. I taught Python at ReDI School in Berlin (2018), was a teaching assistant at HEC Montréal and ESADE, and have run governance workshops with my card deck.

In fall 2026 I am a fellow of the Foundations of AI Safety Fellowship at the Lisbon AI Safety Hub (LAISH) and am taking BlueDot Impact’s AGI Strategy course.

    Founder and Advisor

    Denna Labs

    Founded a data and AI company for on-chain finance, and was its CEO. Products: Ori, Strata, Denna-Specs and Kepler. Hired and led the product and engineering leads. The team shipped Tollgate.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Elodin (Sky ecosystem)

    Led the operating team of a $2.5B capital-allocation mandate (Keel), with a senior team of three leads. Ran partner coordination through two security incidents.

    Founder

    Amatsu (Sky ecosystem)

    The operator for Sky’s capital-allocation entities Spark, Grove and Keel: governance cycles and deployments, monthly settlement, capital monitoring. Formalized on-chain in Mar 2026.

    A DAO services consultancy with five clients. Created Governance Cards.
