54 cards: four suits (Incentive, Consensus, Coordination and Strategy) and two Primitive cards, Governance Token and Rage Quit. Each card is one building block of governance design. The deck was printed under DAOcraft as DAO Cards.
The website explains every card: what it is, how it works, when to use it, what to watch out for, an example and related cards. I rebuilt it in October 2026.
The deck was played in workshops in four countries: France (Paris, 2023), Canada (Montreal, 2024), Switzerland (2025) and Argentina (Buenos Aires, 2023 and 2025).
