Amatsu (2024 to 2026)

Amatsu was the operator for Sky’s capital-allocation entities: Spark, Grove and Keel. The work:

Amatsu was formalized on-chain in March 2026 and continues under a successor operator.

Elodin (Nov 2025 to Jun 2026)

As CEO of Elodin, I led the operating team of a $2.5B capital-allocation mandate (Keel), with a senior team of three leads. We re-engaged tier-1 counterparties and ran partner coordination through two security incidents. The mandate concluded in 2026 with Sky’s exit from the Genesis Capitalization phase.

Across These Roles

From 2021 to 2026, the operations work also included treasury signing (multisig), at a peak annual run-rate in the hundreds of millions of USD, and a back office across several jurisdictions: payroll through an employer of record, bookkeeping for several entities, and budgets restricted to specific uses.

AI Agents in the Back Office

For the Keel mandate, AI agents ran a whole opportunity system: email capture, a product knowledge base, opportunity tracking and a dashboard.
